Julia Cummings is a Product Owner on Aspire’s Product team, focused on initiatives that enhance the user experience. Since joining in 2023, she’s played a key role in the evolution of the Customer Portal, leading efforts to bring the 2.0 experience to life. Julia brings a user-centered approach to her work and is passionate about building tools that solve real problems and deliver meaningful value to Aspire users. 

Travis Wills is the Senior Director of Customer Success at Aspire Software, where he leads a team of CSMs in helping clients fully leverage Aspire’s software platforms to drive growth and achieve their goals. With nearly nine years at Aspire and over two decades of experience in the landscape industry, Travis combines deep industry knowledge with a passion for client success and team development. His leadership is centered on continuous improvement and delivering measurable outcomes for both clients and his team.

Jason Pyne serves as a manager in Aspire’s Product Management department, working closely with a team of product managers and owners to drive innovation and deliver increased value to Aspire’s clients. A member of the Aspire team since 2021 with more than 15 years of leading software product development across field services and other industries, Jason relishes the chance to help users solve challenges in their daily routines and improve business outcomes.
