Kevin Kehoe, Founder
In 2013, Kevin Kehoe co-founded Aspire Software based on the belief that the landscape industry needed a completely cloud-based mobile platform offering true, end-to-end functionality that was supported by a comprehensive customer success program. The Aspire platform was born.
Prior to co-founding Aspire Software, Kevin was a nationally recognized consultant for more than 35 years, including 26 years in the landscape industry with partners Frank Ross and Jeff Harkness at Three Point Group. During that time Kevin, who was widely known for his sales system and benchmarking expertise, provided practical advice to more than 250 landscape contractors in the areas of sales and financial management, budgeting, and pricing as well as merger and acquisition, focused on the goals of increasing growth and improving profitability.
Today Kevin continues to shape the future of Aspire Software as a member of the company's board. An established industry influencer, he actively provides his thought leadership by participating in company and industry webinars, podcasts, and events as well as regularly contributing to leading industry publications and the Aspire company blog.
Kevin holds degrees from SUNY Stony Brook, Southern Methodist University, and The Thunderbird School of Management. He is a husband, father, and cancer survivor currently in treatment who loves motorcycles, playing golf, and surfing.

Mark Tipton, Founder & CEO
As founder and CEO of Aspire Software, Mark Tipton leads the top cloud-based landscape business management SaaS provider, serving more than 40K users across more than 1,000 locations nationwide. With a five-year growth rate over 1,000%, Aspire Software has earned consistent recognition as one of the fastest-growing private companies in America with inclusion on the Inc. 5000, Deloitte Technology’s Fast 500, and the St. Louis Business Journal Fast 50 lists.
Since co-founding Aspire Software in 2013, Mark has assembled a best-in-class team of experts to develop, build, and scale the Aspire platform into a truly end-to-end enterprise system that leverages software, services, and education to transform the way lawn care and landscape companies manage their businesses. In January 2021, Mark led the acquisition of scheduling software application Crew Control, which extends the company's reach to green-industry businesses of all sizes.
Mark is a service-oriented and open leader focused on driving rapid growth while cultivating a positive, engaged company culture that enables high-performing teams to develop key capabilities, execute value-driven solutions, and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Prior to founding Aspire, Mark led The Integra Group for 14 years as founder and managing partner, where he developed landscape business management software that grew to over $400M in client revenue and is now recognized as one of the earliest SaaS platforms built specifically for the landscape industry.
Mark holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Missouri–St Louis. He is a lifelong resident of the greater St. Louis area, where he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, grilling, and drinking red wine.

Mike Wylie, Chief Financial Officer
In addition to leading the finance function at Aspire, Mike Wylie focuses on ensuring that Aspire’s teams have the resources they need to provide outstanding products and services to the company's clients.
With over 20 years' experience in accounting and finance, primarily in technology companies, Mike is passionate about working with clients who have compelling customer value propositions and great growth opportunities. Throughout his career, he has facilitated more than 50 M&A and financing transactions totaling over $4 billion as well as leading small- and mid-sized organizations through significant expansion.
Mike has a BS in Accounting from the University of Missouri–Columbia and a MBA from the Olin School of Business at Washington University. He started his career as a CPA in the audit division of Arthur Andersen.
In 2014, Mike was named as a CFO of the Year by the St. Louis Business Journal. He currently serves on the governing board of Boys Hope Girls Hope of St. Louis and is the chapter president of Finance Executives International. He lives in Wildwood, MO with his wife and two children and enjoys watching his kids play sports, reading, and teaching evening finance courses at Webster University.

Bryan Mours, Vice President of Customer Services
With over 35 years experience spanning all aspects of the landscape industry—from spreading fertilizers to building budgets for multimillion dollar firms—Bryan has a passion for helping both people and companies succeed.
Driven by his desire to help people, Bryan started his own landscape consulting business in 2010 before joining Aspire in its early stages in 2014. Now the vice president of customer service, Bryan oversees Aspire's implementation and client success managers as well as the AspireCare support team.
His clear understanding of landscape business owners' challenges and needs has enabled Bryan to successfully scale and lead Aspire's customer care teams as they help Aspire clients utilize the platform to grow their businesses and become more profitable.
Bryan's natural understanding of people, combined with continued education in lean management, leadership development, sales, and business, has contributed to his success. In 2011, Bryan graduated with his Executive MBA from RIT in Rochester, NY, earning academic honors that awarded him recognition by the International Honor Society Beta Gamma Sigma.
In addition to working in the landscape industry, Bryan also owned two restaurants in southern Wisconsin. He has a passion for cooking and seeking out the best restaurants while traveling with his wife Susan. Bryan enjoys spending time with his family, which includes seven grandchildren, as well as fishing, playing golf, and occasionally attending a Packers game at Lambeau!
Vice President of Marketing
Jim Clayman, Vice President of Marketing
An experienced software marketing executive, Jim has a passion for helping customers overcome challenges and achieve business outcomes through technology. As the head of Marketing at Aspire, Jim is eager to provide Aspire Software clients with the best possible experience throughout every stage of their journey with Aspire. Jim loves working with the wonderful team at Aspire, who every day demonstrate a commitment to collaborative, customer-focused service.
Before coming to Aspire, Jim was the senior vice president of marketing at Omnigo Software, a records management provider in the law-enforcement and public-safety sectors. Previously, he acted as the vice president of marketing for North America for Unit4, a global ERP software provider as well as leading marketing efforts for the U.S. Industrial Products practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Outside of the office, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife, attending concerts, visiting local wineries, and going to St. Louis Cardinals' games. Jim also has three grown children living outside the family's home base of St. Louis.
Chief Technology Officer
Dan Blake, Chief Technology Officer
Dan joined Aspire with more than three decades of technology and senior-executive experience in the design, development, and implementation of large scale, operationally complex, and highly available systems.
As the chief technology officer of Aspire, Dan makes executive decisions regarding the company's technological interests, including its technological vision, strategies, and alignment of resources. He is responsible for product management, software engineering, quality assurance, and infrastructure as well the ongoing evolution of the company's flagship platform.
Throughout his career, Dan has a history of growing technology products into more-robust, SaaS-based solution suites. Dan came to Aspire directly from MedSpeed, where he served as the company’s senior technical executive, overseeing all aspects of the replacement of the company’s core back-office and courier mobility solutions. Previously he held the top technology position at Valence Health, a healthcare services provider, leading more than fifty engineers, architects, and support personnel as well as the development of the company's core population Health platform.
Dan holds a BS in Applied Computer Science and Business from Illinois State University and enjoys spending time with his wife.
Vice President of Sales
Kevin Haar, Vice President of Sales
Kevin has worked in the software industry for nearly 30 years, starting at Hewlett Packard. Prior to Aspire, Kevin worked for 18 years at Rational Software, now a software division of IBM and spent a number of years at Appistry. During his career, he also worked in credit card processing at Clearent and computer hardware at HP.
Kevin's passion for software enables him to lead the sales and business development teams at Aspire with an honest enthusiasm and laser-sharp focus. During his years in the industry, he’s had the opportunity to manage teams of all sizes and operate in every part of the US as well as many other countries, but St. Louis has always been his home.
Outside of sales and work, Kevin enjoys trips with his kids, watching youth sports, specifically hockey and soccer; and cheering on the St Louis Blues and the Cardinals. As a St. Louisan, beer is part of his heritage, but he has grown fond of red wine and good bourbon.

Janet Brennan, Vice President of People
Janet Brennan is an experienced human resources professional who has worked in the field for over 30 years. As vice president of people at Aspire, Janet is passionate and committed to a strong culture, team member engagement, and an environment that provides for personal and professional development.
Her experience as a human resources consultant for 14 years as well as her extensive work in mergers and acquisitions with small and large organizations while at Spectrum Brands and Marcone Supply has provided Janet with unique insight into HR best practices.
Janet received her degree in human resources from Missouri State University and moved to the St. Louis area after graduation. Outside of the office, Janet enjoys entertaining and relaxing with her family poolside.
