The Client Service Software Specialist Tier I is responsible for resolving client issues as reported through the formal ticketing system, through emails, forums and phone calls which requires a full understanding of Aspire software platform and an ability to communicate functionality with clients.
We are looking for Business Development Representatives (BDR’s)… you will be instrumental in working with existing and prospective customers educating and selling them our newest product offerings including GPS Fleet Management and On-Line Payment Application software.
This role is responsible for selling Aspire’s business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. The Sales Consultant will develop, present, and sell Aspire’s value proposition to clients. This position will play an invaluable role in the company’s overall growth strategy.
In this role, you'll be working with the Director of Client Services and the Senior Implementation Manager to carry out and maintain Aspire's objective of high client satisfaction.
