Robert Clinkenbeard

Robert Clinkenbeard, CEO of Wilson360, a premier peer group and consulting organization, previously co-founded and scaled his own landscape business, Integrated Landscape Management (ILM), acquired in 2016, as well as rendering years of leadership to the Arizona Landscape Contractors Association (ALCA) and the Entrepreneurs Organization. Currently, Robert is also the voice behind The Commercial Landscaper Podcast, a Scaling Up coach, an author on the Ironman Mindset for Entrepreneurs, and an active investor in real estate, buying service companies, and innovative software firms worldwide.

Outside the boardroom, Robert’s passion translates to athleticism as an Ironman Triathlete and former semi-professional rugby and soccer player. A native of Edinburgh, Scotland, Robert and his wife, Faith, currently reside in Campobello, South Carolina, balancing professional pursuits with a fulfilling family life.

Cris Poggi

Cris Poggi, Director of Sales Engineering at Aspire Software, leverages her wealth of industry knowledge and experience to lead a team of sales engineers, focused on helping landscape companies envision how to leverage software to address their business challenges, enhance efficiencies, and improve overall outcomes.

Prior to joining Aspire, Cris spent more than twenty years in the landscape industry, ultimately serving as vice president and principal for a full-service landscape contractor in NW Chicago, where she was responsible for the residential construction and management divisions while leading strategic initiatives, professional team development, and business strategy. When she isn’t collaborating with her team, you can find her spending time outdoors with family and friends—likely hiking, biking, or kayaking the Chicago waterways and enjoying the management of an assortment of feathered and furry pets.
