Eli Zevin, the new General Manager of Aspire, brings nearly a decade of experience serving the trades.

Eli dedicated his time at ServiceTitan to customers across the spectrum, from the smallest emerging businesses to the largest Enterprise clients. He was instrumental in transforming the implementation phase of the customer journey, delivering stronger outcomes and helping businesses achieve their goals. One of his proudest moments was taking part in the success story of his very first implementation client, watching them expand from 3 technicians to 40 technicians in just a few years of being on ServiceTitan.

With an impressive track record of leading and scaling customer-focused technology, Eli is excited to bring that deep expertise and passion for customer growth to Aspire. He deeply understands that Aspire's success is rooted in the customers who use it every day, and he's committed to continuing that legacy. Eli is passionate about innovation within the trades and is eager to engage with customers in his new capacity to ensure Aspire continues to provide the tools that service businesses need to thrive.

Born in the trades, Ara Mahdessian grew up watching his father, a residential contractor, work long days in the field, and long nights back at home managing the business. Ara met his ServiceTitan co-founder, Vahe Kuzoyan, on a college ski trip where the two bonded over their shared culture and upbringing – both Armenian-American immigrants who saw their parents tirelessly work their way up from service technicians, to proud owners of trades businesses.

Armed with a unique knowledge of the industry, they set out on a mission to provide the trades with an end-to-end technology platform to help contractors grow their businesses and reach the level of success they deserve. And with that, ServiceTitan was born. Today, the company powers over 15,000 trade customers, with a software solution to manage every aspect of their business.

Vahe Kuzoyan dreamed up ServiceTitan as a "thank you" to his father, a veteran plumber who grew frustrated by the lack of technology in the industry. As President and co-founder of ServiceTitan, Vahe is responsible for defining the company's overall product strategy, overseeing the development and launch of new products, and perfecting the platform's user experience and analytics. Vahe is the principal domain expert and product visionary behind ServiceTitan's innovations.
