In her current role at UKG, Jenny Beth manages relationships across a broad partner portfolio and works with internal teams and external partners to strengthen collaboration, support referrals, and identify opportunities for growth. She has helped develop partner management practices, review processes, and tools that support consistent engagement and effective execution.

A published author and mentor to young writers, Jenny Beth brings a creative perspective and a strong appreciation for clear, engaging communication to her work with partners.

Janet is a highly accomplished payroll professional with 30 years of experience across payroll operations, systems, and client support. For the past 17 years, she has been a key contributor at IPS and Inova Payroll (now UKG), where she has played an integral role in helping organizations navigate the complexities of payroll technology and compliance.

In her current role at UKG, Janet serves as a Senior Implementation Manager, supporting the company’s expanding ecosystem of Independent Software Vendor (ISV) and integration partners. She works closely with internal implementation and support teams, as well as external partners, to ensure seamless integrations that enhance data accuracy, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Janet brings deep institutional knowledge and a practical, client-focused perspective to every engagement. Her extensive hands-on experience allows her to anticipate challenges, translate technical concepts into clear guidance, and help clients maximize the value of integrated payroll solutions.
