Marty Grunder is Founder & CEO of Grunder Landscaping Co. and The Grow Group. An unusual combination of full-time landscape pro and leading executive coach, he is uniquely positioned to deliver real-world, real-time guidance for growing businesses of all types and sizes. 

Marty’s landscaping company has won more than 50 local and national awards in its 40+ years in business, and he himself has been named the entrepreneur of the year by both Ernst & Young and the US Small Business Administration. He was inducted into the Dayton Business Hall of Fame in 2021. In his role at The Grow Group, he travels the country motivating landscaping companies of all sizes to achieve success.
