  • Knowledgeable in Software functionality and integration
  • Lead or been a part of a prior software deployment project
  • Producing and Reading Job Costing Reports
  • Aptitude for Forensic Business Analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Training experience – ability to teach and control a meeting
  • Ability to Project Manage a 6 month project
  • Builds Long Term Relationships with Clients

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Director of Client Services and the Senior Implementation Manager to carry out and maintain Aspires’ objective of high client satisfaction.
  • Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among Aspire customer care members that allows for disagreement over ideas, conflict and expeditious conflict resolution, and the appreciation of diversity as well as cohesiveness, supportiveness, and working effectively together to enable each employee and the Aspire Team to succeed.
  • Maintain transparent communication. Appropriately communicate organization information through team meetings, one-on-one meetings, and appropriate email, IM, and regular interpersonal communication.
  • Project manage the deployment process from sales hand off to successful production live on the Aspire software system. This will include the management of other team members assigned to each deployment. The deployment process takes place over a 6-month period through on-line GoToMeetings and periodic site visits and includes but is not limited to;
    • Train and assist in the setup of each client’s Aspire system
    • Train client Power Users in the functionality of Aspire so that they can in turn train their full staff in their required area of the system
    • Support the client during their training of staff
    • Integrate the deployment of Aspire with the current or new company processes
    • Provide the client with common sense business advice for the practical use of Aspire.  This means acting as the consultant, as needed, to assist the client in achieving total satisfaction and a return on investment.
    • Build a strong business relationship/partnership with the owner and power user team to ensure successful follow through during every stage of the deployment process.
    • Communicate clearly, timely and effectively progress in the deployment process to the Senior Account Manager and the Main Power User at the company and address any concerns related to achieving milestone goals.
    • Escalate deployment concerns to the Senior Account Manager and/or the Director of Client Services so that they can be addressed with the client immediately.
  • Test and report issue, with the software functionality, during upgrades to the system
  • Assist Aspire customer care representatives, providing day-to-day guidance for specific help ticket-related questions – especially those related to deployment
  • Forum Facilitator – Review and facilitate discussions in Aspire’s client portal forums, webinars and Aspire University events
  • Quality Assurance – Work with Director of Client Services to execute test plans to ensure releases maintain the highest quality
