Aspire is a true Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Every bit of information about your customers is managed in the Properties and Contacts sections of Aspire.

Your Account Managers can walk a property, score it, take and catalog photos, identify and relay issues for rework or fixes, and create proposal opportunities for enhancement work, all through these tools in Aspire.
Even better, each site audit is unique and cataloged and date stamped for future use. Reports can be printed and emailed to the customer. Now you have a way to out-service your competition and stay ahead of the customer.
Staying on top of renewals and enhancement ideas is essential for delivering an experience that adds value for your customer. Aspire provides tools for renewals and client budgeting – a whole process for retention – complete with reporting, descriptions, photos and pricing.
